DJ Rush Biography:
DJ Rush has emerged as one of the Nation’s hottest Club DJ’s. Starting in his early childhood, DJ Rush has always gravitated towards the Music Industry, especially toward the Radio Broadcast Industry where he showed a natural skill and talent for entertaining all audiences.
DJ Rush started his professional career at the age of 16 by working in several New England nightclubs (from which he hails) as a DJ (for “Roland Herrick Music,” Kurt Kimball, “The Music Caterer” & “Stage-M Productions” in Maine) perfecting his DJ personality on stage as well as his unique style of mixing blending various genres of popular music, creating fresh and new sounds that always keeps the dancefloor packed!
By age 18, DJ Rush was working steadily on-air in Local Radio (as Rick Rush) as well as in the Production Room creating commercials for radio clients that really packed a punch and stood out from the rest, earning him great respect among his fellow peers.
In 1990, DJ Rush (at age 24) formed “Rhoadsounds Rockin’ Roadshow Premiere DJ Entertainment” after buying out the DJ Company he worked for at the time, “K&D DeeJays.” Since then, Rhoadsounds Rockin’ Roadshow, with DJ Rush at the helm, has become one of the most respected and referred Mobile DJ Entertainment companies in New England. In 1995, DJ Rush left the New England area to literally take Rhoadsounds Rockin’ Roadshow on the road from Maine to Mississippi, Wisconsin, Texas and Iowa before settling his company’s current base of operations in Nebraska. Rhoadsounds Rockin’ Roadshow Premiere DJ Entertainment, enjoying great success, is currently celebrating 20 years of entertainment excellence!
To date, DJ Rush is providing all of his nightclub audiences with a very energetic, fun and unique club experience with his expertise in DJ Entertainment. These attributes also translates to his latest venture, the release of RushMiXx, the definitive DJ Mix Show focusing on Today’s hottest Mainstream Hit Music mixed live in the studio and is now nationally syndicated on Focuson The DJ. Com (recently signed) which provides 24/7 streaming of the best DJ Mix Shows to national cell phone carriers such as Alltel, AT&T, Sprint and US Cellular.
With all of his accomplishments thus far, DJ Rush has proved to be the “DJ to Watch” in 2011 and beyond!
