STAY AWAY!!! I went there to look for a ring for my girlfriend (now fiance). They had me put money down ($300) on a ring to save the current price (due to gold's rising cost) and assured me that the money was completely refundable until I approved the CAD design of the ring. The same night that we went in I called and e-mailed them to cancel the order (because my girlfriend had found the ring that she wanted elsewhere). No work could have begun on the ring at this point, because at the time that we left they were closing (so no CAD image was even made to approve). Then they informed me that they won't be able to refund my money now (even though I had them specify that it was refundable several times). It has been two months and I am still battling them for the money, even though several times they stated "We are going to go ahead and refund that money", it never happened. The WORST JEWELRY STORE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY!!! "

From day one of looking at engagement rings he was by our side trying to make all my dreams come true on my husbands budget :) My engagement ring and wedding band along with my husbands wedding band were all purchased through Nebraska Diamond. It truely is a one-of-a-kind experience. You don't just walk into a room full of cases and cases of rings. They take you back to their seperate offices and bring the boxes of rings to you. Any question you have they have no problem to explain it or show you different examples. Hands down the best experience and customer service I have ever received from any jewelry store!

We got all our rings here. The prices were good and we were able to work with them to make a payment plan. They were patient and never pushy when we were looking. However, I wanted to get my rings sautered together for the wedding. So, I dropped them off a week before the big day, like they said and told them what I wanted. When we went to pick them up the day before the wedding, they hadn't sautered my ring! The message had gotten lost somewhere. They did it that night and it was ready in time for the wedding, but I think it could look a bit better and am going to have them redo it.

My ring turned out beautiful! I loved that we didn't have to go back every six months in order to keep our warranty like so many other jewelry store.

The BEST value for the money. They don't kid around - you know you are not being scammed. All diamonds and settings are separate, so you can see each and every flaw/inclusion before you purchase something. "Soft" lighting is not used - the same lights are used that jewelers use to rate diamonds. Far and away the largest selection anywhere in the area. We did get our rings a few weeks later than they originally said. Since we ordered early, this wasn't a problem, but we heard some complaints from others - like a guy who was going to take the ring on a cruise to propose - but it wasn't done! A little hard to find, but definitely recommended.

...I have mixed feelings about Nebraska Diamond. The sales rep we met with was great....but I still have mixed feelings.

This jewelry store is truly one of a kind. My husband and I were able to go in, pick out the diamond and setting completely separate of each other to make it a one of a kind ring. And let me tell you, I have never seen anyone wearing a ring like mine. The whole process was fun. They helped my husband keep everything a secret, being very discreet. Even when I lost a diamond from the side of the ring about three months into our engagement, they were very helpful and replaced the diamond for free. I would definitely do business with them again.

I had a great experience! They were patient and helped us find the perfect rings! I had a few problems with my weding bands falling off of the engagement ring, but they fixed it quickly and have had no problems since.
