The store was originally called "Taylor's Bridal" and that was who I was dealing with. I knew that the store was for sale and that someone could come in sometime before my wedding. They did about a month after I had ordered the bridesmaids dresses. The new owner was in with the old one and she was filling her in on what was going on. The old owner assured me that it only takes about a month for the bridesmaid dresses and the new owner said she would call me when they arrived. Well 2 months later I still have yet to hear anything, this is July, so I call. The maid-of-honor's dress just came in but they hadn't seen the others yet. Come to find out she hadn't even ordered them! Then she has the audacity to tell one of my bridesmaids that it was my mother's fault that they didn't get ordered in time! Each bridesmaid was there telling her that we wanted to order them that day! Then a month before I go to pick up MY dress and the bridesmaid dresses and they have moved! I called and demanded to know where, why I wasn't at least notified, and why it doesn't say an address at the old location. So I found the new store, and the owner's daughters are working, neither of which even look 18, they were snotty and rude, claimed they couldn't find my file to get the bridesmaid dresses, tried to claim that one of them hadn't paid anything on it yet, and actually called their mom to see if I could take MY dress home, I paid in full when I ordered it, IT was MINE!! I should have just went with the store across the street "Bridal Boutique", they offered me a discount on the bridesmaid dresses even though I hadn't purchased my gown there. JJ's told me I had to get my tuxes through them also to get a discount.
