Georgetowne Club

We were extremely impressed and pleased with the Georgetowne -- with everything from the initial meeting all the way to our reception. They reccomended different vendors for DJ, Wedding Cakes, etc. One thing that did disappoint me (but really I didn't notice it until after -- once I had time to digest the whole day)...was that we had changed some of the "standard" set-up plans in our contract, and when we got to the reception, things were set up like "normal". Biggest thing was I had asked to have the gift table moved to the back of the room -- away from the door. And well, it ended up right next to the door just liek they always do. Not a big deal, but just one of the little details. Also, we were supposed to get a "doggie" bag of food to take back to the hotel with us, we didn't get that either...again just a little detail. I would stronly recomend using the Georgetowne Club (which is catered by Brandise Catering).
