Davids Bridal

David's Bridal was great! Everyone was VERY helpful. I found the dress i'd always wanted, and everyone in my party got 10 percent off their dresses since i bought my dress there. I also loved the variety of veils. I ended up buying 2 because i loved them both, and wore one to the ceremony and one to the reception.

Overall David's bridal had every thing I needed. I found the perfect dress and the perfect bridesmaids dresses that flattered all my girls. that is really hard to do! Some of the sales consultants were rude and not helpful but management staff was very helpful and apologetic for that lack of service. We had some sales consultants that were very snotty to my girls when I wasn't there and also I had to do more of the work than the gal helping (or lack of helping) us. Overall good place to buy stuff but some customer service issues.

I loved working with the staff at Davids Bridal. Amber was who helped me in the process if finding the perfect dress! I actually bought one, three months later decided I didnt like it, went back and exchanged it for a different one. I bet I was in Davids Bridal at least 5 or 6 different times trying on dresses and every time Amber was there making sure to help us! But the whole staff there was amazing and SO helpful!Now I was really blown away when I started the alterations process! Caroline was who helped me most of the time! She was so patient and helpful and always made me feel like a beautiful bride. The day of my wedding we had started taking pictures when someone realized that I had a hole in the side of my dress. What ended up happening was a stitch broke and every time I moved it became bigger and bigger. Well we called Davids bridal and they said that NO ONE would be able to come to the church to fix my dress....this was 50 min before I was going to walk down the isle. Well I called back again and said that Caroline had helped me and to call and tell her who I was....well not more then a min later they called back and said that she was on her way! Caroline was literally on about 2 hours of sleep, if that, and fixed my dress! We had to take me dress off....she took it home, sewed it, brought it back with her steamer, redressed me, and steamed my dress! And after all that I still had 20 min to spare! David's bridal is VERY lucky to have such a hard and dedicated worker like her! I will never forget how wonderful she was!

I worked with Ashley and she couldn't have been better for me! Not being a "girly girl" the whole dress thing was difficult for me to get into. I found the perfect destination wedding dress with Ashley's help!

I was so happy with the service I recieved while shopping for and purchasing my wedding dress. I was always greeted promptly and assisted with proffessionalism and courtesy. I felt welcome and pampered. I found the dress that was perfect for me and it was a reasonable price. Alterations were a little more than I expected, but it was perfectly altered. I even had it steamed and checked before my wedding day for free. I recommend using the wedding dress preservation company that they work with- they did a great job.

I was very happy with the service I received at David's Bridal. The sales associate that helped me was very attentive to what I was looking for and helped me pick amazing choices, the second of which I chose as my dress. She also helped me with payment plans and discounts I could receive for purchasing the dress. The associate listened to what I had to say and brought accessories that went perfectly with the entire ensemble. They provided great flexibility that since when I bought the dress I had just had a baby a month before, if I lost the weight I could bring it in and exchange it for a smaller size. They were quick to get my bridesmaids fitted and dresses ordered as well.

It is a chain, but you can get a nice dress if you look hard enough.

Great selection. The dress I selected was very reasonable, and they have everything you need in one place. accessories can probably be found elsewhere for cheaper. The disadvantage is the alterations. The bridesmaids dresses were very long, and had to be taken up...most of the alterations were at least 65-85 per dress. The hours could have been better, and is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment on a Saturday.

Very good about getting my dress and my bridesmaid dresses in, in a timely manner. Only draw back is the cost of alterations.

Difficult to schedule with. Wouldn't hold my dress until the wedding day and as a result had a last minute scramble to try to steam it that fortunately worked out. Their product was good, but the service left more to be desired.

I found a great looking dress (just what I was looking for) for a very affordable price!
