They were always great about getting me right in for an appointment and the dresses came right on time if not before when they said they would. Very friendly women working there, too busy on Saturdays. If you want more one on one attention with your assistant for the day,don't go on a Saturday, think they over book they place and then it's hard to get help right when you need it, but if your not in a hurry then it's great!! Loved my dress and my bridesmaid dresses, colors matched perfectly!!

My dress was a great value, but when I went for alterations I was charged more than my dress costed me to start. My dress was beautiful though and I had a variety to choose from.

I loved my dress, but the sales rep that was assigned to me was not very friendly or professional. Again, loved my dress but had alterations done, including my train busseled which ended up coming undone at the reception and had to have my train safety pinned up because the 2 buttons fell off.
