WORST HOTEL in the industry! If you know anyone thinking about having their wedding reception or any other event there, deter them IMMEDIATELY!!! Several dishonest behaviors, raw food served to almost 100 guests, and worst customer service from most management...and that's only a portion of what we experienced from Feb 2011 to June 2011.

I had my reception here and it was truly lovely. The ambiance of the room when they dim the lights and light the candles was really romantic. We purchaced the Royal Wedding package and my guests were really satisfied with the food. The staff and serving staff were professional and Kristina the coordinator was very accomidating and helpful. The bride/groom suite is included in the package and it was huge and perfect for a romantic bubble bath the next morning.
