Brodkey's was very helpful through the whole process. Linda the store manager was very caring and took very good care of us like we were part of her family! Everyone up there was very helpful and loved to see us. They greeted us by our names and were happy to see us! Even after the wedding, they are still wanting to take care of us.

When my engagment ring was first resized, it was done incorrectly, but instead of using their own quality control, they gave me a shotty product of their work. However, when brought to their attention, the problem was fixed. I am hoping that the soldering my wedding band and engagment ring does not follow the same pattern.
