Bridal Details

Margie and everyone at Bridal Details were so great to work with. My dress came in in record time and was more than I had ever imagined. The only reason I couldn't give Margie a perfect score was that my bridesmaid dresses were quite late getting in so we only had about two weeks to spare to get things altered and not all my bridesmaids even live in the same state. But it wasn't Margie's fault really she was kinda busy having a baby:)

I ordered my dress from Bridal Details one year before my wedding. When I hadn't heard from them 6 months after my order, I called to inquire when I could expect my dress. I was told that it could take over a year and they weren't able to give me an expected delivery date. They did not tell me it could take over a year when I ordered it and I began panicking. I began calling once a month and then every two weeks and my wedding date got closer - most of the time was told that someone would call me back with more information, but they never did. My dress came in 7 weeks before my wedding and had several defects that luckily my alterations took care of. I do not recommend shopping at Bridal Details.

Margie and Scott were very nice to work with. I LOVED the dress that I found at their store ... and it was at a reasonable price. I did not get bridesmaid dresses as the girls in my wedding each picked their own dress ... but we did use the Tuxedo Guy and feel that we were given a good deal. We did have a little snag with the tuxedos being in on time. But Margie took the time to drive our missing tuxes out to the rehearsal dinner location to make sure they fit. So there was a little scare, but I believe they went above and beyond to fix it!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for dresses and/or tuxes.

Lots of lies about why stuff that was ordered was not in on time. The owner is VERY VERY rude.

She worked with me well but she was rude sometimes. She would be real nice sometimes and kind of rude other times

Margie Guy was awesome! I got my wedding dress from Bridal Details. I also got my bridesmaid dresses from there. Margie's husband Scott Guy works next door in their adjoining store called Tuxedo Guy. My husband, groomsmen, father, ushers, and father of the groom all got their tuxes there. Margie and Scott were so great to work with. When I went to look for my dress, I had been to several other stores. I had tried on 17 dresses before I went to Bridal Details. I went in and showed Margie a picture of the dress I wanted and she had it! She pulled it off the rack along with two other dresses I liked. I tried on all three dresses and I started crying when I tried on the dress that I had the picture of. Margie advised that I not buy the dress that day, but rather, sleep on it and then call back later in the week. So that is what I did. They ordered my dress and I got it in much earlier than they anticipated. It was gorgeous! They stored it for me until I needed it for the wedding. They offered so many deals because I got so many services from them. They even steamed my dress for me! Margie was so friendly every time I went to the shop to try on my dress. Scott was very friendly also, he took his time in showing the tuxes to my husband and the groomsmen. He let them take their time in making their decisions. No one was pressured to buy anything. It was very nice. I definitely recommend Bridal Details and Tuxedo Guy to anyone getting married in Omaha!
