My fellow brides this is the best, best, affordable service that will help you in a big way with your wedding RSVP list. You onle get charged for the number of invites you send out ;it's cheaper than sending them with your invitation and adding postage and then waiting for yuor guest to send them back. This phone service is so phenomanomal and cheaper. your guest can call and have a wonderful operator take their names and give them information about your wedding and no one can add extra people; they only RSVP for the people you gave the service. Mrs. Mann and Mrs. Sharp are best at what they do if you get these two ladies your in great hands. Thank you again ladies

We were so excited to hire this company so we wouldn't have to deal with telling family/friends that their children were not invited (in case they didn't get the hint when their names weren't on the envelope!)...that part went okay. but sometimes, when our family/friends called in, they were referred back to us directly with questions instead of just having the RSVP company take the questions and then relay them to us. I don't like that some of our guests were given a run-around. Also, I was pleased that this service offered a call back option, but we weren't kep informed on who said yes or no until the very last day when I asked for a detailed list of who was called and if a voicemail was left or not. In addition, I was not pleased that in so many places on our batch spreadsheet people were doubled up. For example, when one guest called once to give their dinner selection, but then called back to ask a question about the gift registry, they were entered in twice/three/four times on the spreadsheet. That was very confuing. Overall, this service saved my fiancee and I a lot of time and we were very thankful for the batch emails daily letting us know who was coming and who was not. i used this service for my sister's 50th birthday and i would recommend it to anyone. A lot less hassle than the rsvp cards.

I absolutely loved this service! It was so nice to not have to worry about the guest list after I sent out the invites. We did have a few people (mainly grandparents, etc) that were confused by it, but for the most part it worked out amazingly!!!
